- Paddlers must be age 14 or older to paddle independently; younger paddlers must ride with an adult in a tandem kayak or canoe
- Park entry is not included: $6 per vehicle with 2–8 occupants, $4 per single-occupant vehicle, or $2 per pedestrian, due on arrival
- Return equipment before closing time; late fees start at $50 per vessel or item, rise to $75 after 30 minutes, and increase by $75 every additional 30 minutes
- Expect rescue or recovery fees starting at $100; Sea Tow fees start at $350 if needed
- Once equipment is issued and rental time begins, inclement weather does not qualify for a refund or rain check
