- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17 and older
- Bring beverages and snacks in a soft-pack or small cooler; glass containers are not allowed
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- Do not bring bananas
- Check in dockside; the park gate opens 15 minutes before departure
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% gratuity is suggested

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made more than 72 hours before departure: 14+ days: full refund; 8–13 days: $200 deposit forfeited; 2–7 days: 50% charge; less than 24 hours or no-show: full charter charge. For bookings made within 72 hours, the $200 deposit is nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or conditions.
