Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund; 8–13 days forfeits the $200 deposit; 2–7 days incurs 50% of the charter price; under 24 hours or no-shows incur the full charter amount. Last-minute bookings within 72 hours forfeit the $200 deposit. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other unsafe conditions and rescheduling is not possible.
