Important details
- Ages 3+ only. Age verification may be requested at check-in
- Anyone under 16 requires an accompanying adult age 18 or older
- A valid Texas fishing license with a saltwater endorsement is required for ages 17+
- A redfish tag is required to keep redfish over 28 inches, including for children who do not need a fishing license
- Portable oxygen tanks are not permitted; oxygen concentrators are allowed
- A $150 charge applies for any rod and reel dropped overboard; this is not included in the listed price
- Parking is not included in the listed price. Port of Galveston parking requires a separate payment by credit or debit card
- Wear closed-toe, non-slip shoes
- Bring food and drinks only in 12-pack-size soft coolers. Alcohol, firearms, glass, open containers, hard coolers, and foods with shells or pits are prohibited
- Nothing on wheels is permitted, including coolers, walkers and strollers
- Fully charge electrical devices before boarding; rechargeable batteries cannot be charged on board
- Assigned fishing positions may shift by up to 2 spots within the same section to accommodate groups. Stern positions will not move
- Arrive 1 hour before departure and check in at the office for your boarding pass. Morning check-in is at 7:00 AM for an 8:00 AM departure; afternoon check-in is at 12:30 PM for a 1:30 PM departure. The boat will not wait for late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
For 1–10 passengers, cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund; for more than 10, cancel at least 7 days before. If the operator cancels, including for weather, you can choose a full refund or rescheduling. No refunds if you miss the boat.

Yes. Everyone aboard the fishing charter needs a ticket, even if you do not plan to fish.
Yes. Fishing licenses are sold in the office until 30 minutes before departure and are not included in the listed price. Bring your driver's license and know your Social Security number. Allow extra time, as lines can be long.
Weather cancellation notices are sent by email and/or text. Your bay trip may also be canceled if there are too few reservations.
