Cancellation Policy
If unsafe weather prevents operation, the operator will first try to reschedule; if that isn't possible, all payments are fully refunded. Trips may operate in rain. Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund; 8–13 days: $200 deposit forfeited; 2–7 days: 50% of charter price charged; under 24 hours or no-show: full charter price charged. Bookings made within 72 hours: $200 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
