- Arrive after the park gate opens, 15 minutes before departure
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% tip is suggested

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund. Cancel 8–13 days before: $200 retained; 2–7 days before: 50% charge; less than 24 hours before or no-show: full charge. Bookings made within 72 hours forfeit $200 if canceled. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather and rescheduling is not possible.
