Explore the Historic Strand District on a guided walk through Galveston’s architectural and cultural heritage. Discover Victorian-era design, the work of Nicholas Clayton, and stories of the 1900 Storm.
We will walk from the steps of the Galveston Railroad Museum at 25th and Strand down to 20th street, we will go down to Post Office Street and we will make our way through the historic district ending back at the Galveston Railroad Museum!

Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring sunglasses if you have light-sensitive eyes.
Expect uneven sidewalks and roads along the route.
