14+ days: full refund. 8–13 days: $200 deposit forfeited. 2–7 days: 50% of the charter price charged. Less than 24 hours or no-show: full charter amount charged. Bookings made within 72 hours have a nonrefundable $200 deposit. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other conditions.
