- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17 and older
- Bring beverages and snacks in a soft pack or small cooler; glass is not allowed
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- No bananas are allowed on board
- Park access begins 15 minutes before departure
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% tip is suggested

Cancellation Policy
14+ days: full refund; 8–13 days: $200 deposit forfeited; 2–7 days: 50% charged; under 24 hours or no-show: full amount charged. Bookings made within 72 hours have a nonrefundable $200 deposit. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other unsafe operating conditions, they will try to reschedule; if that is not possible, you receive a full refund.
