- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17 and older
- The park gate opens 15 minutes before departure
- Bring beverages and snacks only in a soft pack or small cooler; no glass
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not permitted
- Leave bananas behind
- Wait until reaching the first fishing spot before consuming alcohol; the captain may stop consumption or return to dock
- Weather or sea conditions may require an inshore charter instead
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund. At 8–13 days, the $200 deposit is forfeited; at 2–7 days, 50% is charged; less than 24 hours or no-show, the full amount is charged. Bookings made within 72 hours have a nonrefundable $200 deposit. No refund for early returns. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or other conditions and rescheduling is not possible, you receive a full refund.

Your offshore charter may be adjusted to an inshore charter for the safety of your group and crew. You must acknowledge that you are willing to adjust charter types if needed.
