Know before you go
- Check in dockside at 1721 61st Street, Galveston, TX 77554; the park gate opens 15 minutes before departure
- Hold a valid Texas fishing license if you are age 17 or older
- Pay a 3% processing fee
- Expect a suggested 20% gratuity, which is not included
- Accept that unsafe offshore conditions may require changing to an inshore charter
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- Bring drinks and snacks only in a soft pack or small cooler; glass is not allowed
- Wait to consume alcohol until reaching the first fishing spot; the captain may stop consumption or return to dock
- Do not bring bananas

Cancellation Policy
Weather: full refund if the operator cancels and rescheduling is not possible. Customer: 14+ days full refund; 8–13 days lose $200 deposit; 2–7 days 50% charge; under 24 hours/no-show full charge. Within 72 hours, $200 deposit is nonrefundable. Tips excluded (suggested 20%). A 3% card fee applies to dock balances. Returning to dock then departing again costs $200.

Your offshore charter may be adjusted to an inshore charter for the safety of your group and crew. You must acknowledge that you are willing to adjust charter types if needed.
