- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17 and older
- Check in dockside; the gate opens 15 minutes before departure
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- No bananas or glass are allowed onboard
- Wait until reaching the first fishing spot before consuming alcohol; the captain may stop alcohol consumption or return to the dock
- Offshore weather and sea conditions may require a switch to an inshore charter for safety
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund. Cancel 8–13 days before departure and forfeit the $200 reservation deposit; cancel 2–7 days before departure and incur 50% of the charter price. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are charged in full. Bookings made within 72 hours have a nonrefundable $200 deposit. If unsafe weather prevents operation and rescheduling is not possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
