- Meet your guide in the parking area before crossing the bridge
- Stay with your group and follow your guide's directions when moving around the sites and traveling between bridges
- Arrive early enough to park, locate your guide, and be ready at the scheduled start time. Check-in begins approximately 10 minutes beforehand

Tours may operate in light rain. No-shows are charged the full price. If the minimum of 4 participants isn't met, you'll be offered another date or a full refund.

The ghost hunt takes place outdoors on potentially uneven ground, gravel, and grass. Some areas have little or no artificial lighting, and surfaces may be wet or slippery. Watch your footing as you move between investigation areas.
Yes, free parking is available at the meeting location.
Bring at least one flashlight per party. Wear comfortable, sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring an extra layer for cooler temperatures after sunset and rain outerwear if rain is possible.
