Important details
- Maximum combined rider weight: 1,760 lbs. Staff may limit rider numbers for safety.
- Children under 16 require an adult on site.
- Submit a signed participant waiver before going on the water; complete it before arrival to save time.
- Sobriety is required. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the property and boating equipment; service may be denied if your behavior suggests use.
- Rescue or towing costs $60, and late returns incur a $60 fee. These charges are not included in the listed price.
- You're responsible for equipment damage; any damage charges are not included in the listed price.
- Wear a properly fitted, fully zipped life jacket at all times on the dock and on the water.
- Inspect the equipment before setting out. You are responsible for your own safety.
- Stay within the rental boundaries, make a float plan, and follow it. Dock or land only at recommended sites, and do not pick up or drop off passengers.
- Respect staff, volunteers, and community members. Take care of the equipment and return it where it belongs.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before your rental, fees are fully refundable or transferable. Between 24 and 48 hours before, a 50% refund can be issued. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows. Rescheduling follows the same cancellation policy. If the operator cancels for any reason, including weather, an alternative date or time or a full refund is offered.

A minimum of 4 people is required. The Mega SUP is ideal for 6–10 riders.
Park next to the railroad tracks in front of the Community Boating Center, or along Harris Avenue if those spaces are full. Do not park in the Port of Bellingham's trailer parking lot, which requires a paid launch permit.
