- Send one member of your party inside to check in. Have everyone else wait along the wall on the Macon Street sidewalk, not in the courtyard, without blocking pedestrians.

Cancel at least 60 days before your reserved date for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations 30–60 days before receive a 50% refund; less than 30 days before receive no refund. If the operator cancels for any reason, you'll receive a full refund minus processing fees. Groups can reschedule without penalty. No-shows receive no refund.
