Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure
- All ages are welcome, and every traveler, including infants, needs a ticket
- Bring warm layers, a rain jacket, hat, gloves, binoculars, and a camera
- Consider motion sickness medication at least one hour before departure if you are sensitive to motion
- Strollers are not permitted onboard, and changing tables are not available
- Standard-width manual wheelchairs are allowed; low-clearance electric scooters are not permitted
- Access the topside observation deck via 10–12 steps with a handrail

No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour date. Booking fees are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels.
