• Arrive at your scheduled 8 AM or 11 AM departure; services are not guaranteed for late arrivals
• Requires about 6 miles of hiking over uneven, rocky terrain with roughly 300 feet of elevation change
• Requires average to above-average physical condition and agility
• Wear hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes; sneakers are not permitted
• Bring lunch, snacks, water, rain jacket and pants, warm layers, hat, gloves, sunscreen, and insect repellent
• Advance notice is required for travelers over age 70, over 250 lbs, over 6 ft 2 in, or with mobility issues or pre-existing foot, knee, back, balance, or heart conditions
• Expect remote wilderness conditions without emergency medical attention
