- Ages 10+ only; travelers under 16 must attend with a parent or guardian
- Travelers under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver before arrival
- Wear closed-toe shoes; the path is unpaved, and hiking shoes or boots are recommended
- Standard mobility devices cannot access the farm's uneven terrain; motorized or all-terrain wheelchairs are required
- Follow animal-handling guidelines, including treating animals gently and supervising children during interactions
- No outside food is allowed
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in; late arrival does not guarantee a refund, discount, or extension
Cancellation Policy
No cash refunds. Cancel at least 72 hours before class for a gift card toward a future class. Later cancellations, including illness, receive no gift card or rescheduling. You may transfer your reservation. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a gift card toward a future class. No-shows forfeit their reservation and cannot reschedule.
