Important details

- Forest rides are unavailable October 31–November 1 and November 7–30, 2026 due to hunting season
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel by 4 PM the day before your activity. No refund after that or for no-shows. If the Trail Manager cancels the ride or cancels due to inclement weather, a refund or reschedule is offered. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation without a refund.
