E-bikes and combo rentals must be returned before closing on the same day. Store may close during rainy weather. Child seats and tag-alongs are for kids under 40–45 lbs; passenger combos have a 275 lb limit.
Cancellation policy
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your rental date. No refunds or cancellations for same-day reservations. No-shows will be charged the full price. If a reservation is rebooked to a different date, it will no longer qualify for cancellation and it's considered non-refundable.
