Important details

• The person reserving the cart and all drivers must be at least 25. Each driver requires a valid driver's license and current car insurance in their own name.
• Bring your driver's license and a copy of your current insurance policy showing your name, policy number and expiration date.
• Bring a major credit card in your name to pickup; debit cards are not accepted.
• Your accommodation must be in New Smyrna. Keep the cart within New Smyrna and off roads south of 4849 S Atlantic Avenue, where Saxon Drive ends. If you are staying in the Bethune or Turtlemound area, leave the cart in the rental parking lot each night.
• Use roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less.
• All drivers must electronically sign a waiver before pickup. Sign the rental contracts in person; someone else cannot sign for you.
• The cart's color, brand and exact model are not guaranteed.
• Arrive 5–10 minutes before your rental start time.
• Return day rentals by 5 pm that day, overnight rentals by 9 am the next day, and multi-day rentals by 5 pm on the final day. There is no grace period: late returns incur a separate charge for the next rental increment.
