Full refund with 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, inability to reach the 6-passenger minimum, or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

The captain may cancel, wait out, or reschedule the Bonita Springs Cruise for bad weather or mechanical issues. Cold weather does not qualify for cancellation or a refund.
Do not wear spiked heels on the boat. Wear shoes in the restaurant and bar areas; men must wear shirts, and bathing suit cover-ups are required in dining areas.
