- Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation; for 9am reservations, arrive any time after 9am
- Renters and operators must be ages 18+
- Participants ages 14+ require parent signature and waiver consent
- Height requirement: 5'2" to 6'2"
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- Wear closed-toe shoes and bring water
- Bring your driver's license for the waiver
- Not recommended for people with disabilities, impaired mobility, or pregnant women
- Expect no refunds for weather events once the tour begins
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Reservations made within 48 hours of pickup are nonrefundable.
