- Be ready at your pickup location between 9:15 and 9:30 AM
- Expect light walking, stepping in and out of the van, and brief periods of standing

- Expect outdoor time at approximately 7,000 feet of elevation
- Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring weather-appropriate layers and sun protection
