- Bring a valid U.S. federal or state photo ID if you are a U.S. passenger age 18+
- Bring a valid passport if you are a non-U.S. passenger

- Ages 2+ require their own seat; children under 2 fly free with an adult
- Maximum individual weight is 350 lbs; an additional seat is required above 280 lbs
- Expect all passengers to be weighed at check-in
- Flights are weather-dependent; the pilot may cancel, shorten, or limit a flight for safety

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled flight; a $50 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled flight or on the day of booking are nonrefundable.
