Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, and arrivals too late to join are non-refundable. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be canceled or rescheduled; a $100 late/reschedule fee applies if accommodated. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather and cannot reschedule. A 6% booking fee is non-refundable on partial refunds.
