Things to know
Gratuity for your guide is not included. Do not climb steep rock faces, enter off-limits areas, or go into mine or cave openings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before: all but $100 refunded; online bookings also have a 6% non-refundable booking fee on the sub-total. Cancel within 24 hours: no refund and balance due may be charged. Full refund for unsafe weather cancellations if not rescheduled and agreed by both parties.
FAQs
Arrive at the Kanab office 15 minutes before departure, and make sure you’re on Utah (Mountain) time.
Bring a backpack. Wear comfortable hiking or walking shoes and dress for the weather (you may need a coat and warm hat). Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are recommended.
The trail is sandy and can be dusty, so bring something to cover your face if you want. Face coverings are also available for purchase for $3 each or 2 for $5.
