All riders must sign a liability waiver; riders under 18 need a parent or guardian signature and must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. You must be able to climb and descend stairs without assistance and stand on the Segway for periods of time. Pregnant women are not allowed to ride.

100% refund for rain or severe weather. 100% refund if canceled 12+ hours before tour. 50% refund if canceled 3–12 hours before. Within 3 hours: 50% gift card refund.
