Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time for check-in
- Ages 7+ only
- Weight limit 250 lbs
- Requires mounting and dismounting the horse yourself
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Complete a liability waiver before riding; a natural parent or court-appointed legal guardian must complete waivers for minors
- Bring court documentation if you are a court-appointed legal guardian signing for a minor
- Wear long pants or leggings and closed-toe shoes; sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, and high heels are not permitted
- Wear jackets rather than tying them around your waist
- Leave bags, purses, and backpacks off the trail ride
- Do not smoke or consume alcohol before or during the ride
- Ride at a walking pace only and remain with the wrangler at all times
- Follow all wrangler instructions
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled ride. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are not refunded.
