Important details
- A minimum of 10 paddlers is required for group outings
- Complete an acknowledgment and assumption of risk form before the trip
- Weight must exceed 30 lbs to properly wear a lifejacket
- Paddlers under 13 must use a tandem kayak with a parent, guardian, or chaperone on the water
- Wear a properly fitted lifejacket at all times during the rental
- Wear comfortable clothing that can get wet and closed-toe shoes or shoes with a secure back strap
- No drugs or alcohol are permitted before or during the rental
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 10 days before the outing. Within 10 days, credit-card refunds are available with a 30% service fee. If severe weather or water conditions cancel the outing, it will be rescheduled or refunded.
