Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson for a refund minus a 6% surcharge. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows without cancellation are charged the full price.

The instructor can wait only 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. Allow time for traffic and finding parking.
Arrive with your swimsuit under your clothing and sunscreen already applied. Bring a towel and something warm to wear afterward. There are no changing rooms at the surfing location, but public bathrooms are available.
