- Ages 16+ only for drivers and passengers
- Drivers must be at least 60 inches tall. Bring a physical, valid driver's license to drive
- Bring a state-issued ID or passport as proof of age. Without it, you cannot participate
- Combined weight limit: 450 lbs
- Participation is not allowed during pregnancy or with heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, back, neck or knee surgeries, other physical conditions, motion sickness, dizziness, or neurological conditions
- Pets and service animals are allowed on site but cannot participate in any activities
- Wear closed-toe shoes, a T-shirt, sunglasses, and a bathing suit underneath your clothing
- Wear the provided helmet throughout the tour. Maximum speed is 14 mph
- Arrive 45 minutes before your activity’s start time to check in
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before departure, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or changes for bookings made less than 24 hours before departure. No-shows are charged full price. Arrivals after departure cannot participate and receive no refund or reschedule.
