- Arrive at your scheduled check-in time; do not arrive more than 10 minutes early

- Requires climbing aircraft stairs or a ladder and walking 3–4 miles on uneven sand, tidal flats and meadows
- Wear waterproof hiking shoes, boots or rain boots
- Bring a hands-free zippered or drawstring day pack; tote bags, grocery bags, glass containers and large coolers are not permitted
- Bring essential medications for up to 48 hours in case of unexpected delays
- Body weights over 265 lbs are subject to aircraft availability
- Complete a waiver and weigh-in before departure
- Keep your full day flexible, as weather and tide conditions can delay the schedule
- Do not bring bear spray, flares, horns or weapons; smoking is prohibited
- Food and beverages are not included; pilot gratuity is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 60+ days before the trip for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancel 30–59 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its control, choose a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability.

Expect about 45 minutes of flight time each way by wheeled bush plane and 2–3 hours on the ground with your pilot-guide.
Bring water, sealed lunch or snacks without fish products, layered quick-dry or wool clothing, a rain jacket, insect repellent, and essential medications for 48 hours. Bring a camera and binoculars if you wish.
Bring a hands-free zippered or drawstring day pack. Tote bags, grocery bags, glass containers, and large coolers are not permitted. A 10 lb day pack is assumed per person; anything over 20 lb requires prior approval. Keep food sealed and store it in the Food Cache upon arrival.
