Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 48 hours of booking for no penalty unless your tour is within 14 days. Cancellations more than 14 days before the tour receive a 50% refund; no refunds within 14 days. Rescheduling within 14 days costs $25 per ticket and is subject to availability. Full refund available if the operator cancels.

FAQs
You must be 18 or older to participate. The tour is not recommended if you’re uncomfortable cycling on city streets.
Arrive 30 minutes before the start time for check-in, paperwork, and bike fitting. Late arrivals can’t be caught up, refunded, or rescheduled.
Bring a water bottle (free refills are available at the shop). You may also want sunscreen and sunglasses in warm weather, an optional snack or sports drink, and a camera.
