Things to know
Ages 12–75 only (no exceptions). Minimum height 5 feet, and you must be able to ride a bike and pass a riding proficiency test. If an e-bike is damaged on tour, repair charges may be applied to the card on file; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Gratuity is not included; 15–20% is standard.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund or to reschedule. No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of the tour start. If bad weather is possible, you discuss options a few hours before; if both parties agree to cancel, you get a full refund.
