Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund or to reschedule. No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of the tour. If both parties agree to cancel due to bad weather, you'll receive a full refund.

FAQs
Bring water, wear sneakers, and bring sunglasses.
You must be ages 12–75 (no exceptions), at least 5 feet tall, able to ride a bike, and able to pass a bike riding proficiency test. Expecting mothers cannot participate.
If an e-bike is damaged during the tour, repair charges may be applied to the card on file; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
