- Ages 18+ only unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Requires safely demonstrating the ability to operate an e-bike
- Damage protection is required at $5 per bike and is not included in the listed price
- A refundable $300 authorization hold per bicycle is placed on your credit card at rental and may be used for damage, loss, cleaning, repairs, recovery, late returns, or other authorized charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before rental for a refund to the card on file. Full refund if the operator cancels due to rain or poor road conditions.
