- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to complete paperwork
- Ages 6+ only; ages 6–17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Require a Wyoming fishing license for participants ages 14+; license requirements include the last 4 digits of the license holder's Social Security number
- Allow children ages 6–13 to fish without a license only when accompanied by an adult in your party with a valid Wyoming fishing license
- Sign a participation agreement before departure; a parent or guardian must sign for participants age 17 and younger
- Expect gratuity to be separate from the listed price

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours are non-refundable. Trips run rain or shine; the guide may cancel for inclement weather at departure.
