- Arrive 30 minutes before your ride for check-in, paperwork, a bathroom break, and helmet fitting
- Ages 10+ only
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- Requires lifting a leg to hip height for mounting and standing on one foot for 20–30 seconds
- Requires good health without neck or back injuries or limitations affecting balance, walking, or standing
- Not eligible during pregnancy or when using oxygen tanks
- Wear closed-toe shoes; helmets are required during the ride
- Sign a liability waiver before mounting; a parent must sign for minors
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel by 4 PM the day before. No refund after 4 PM the day before, for no-shows, or if you are more than 15 minutes late. If the Trail Manager cancels due to inclement weather, a refund or reschedule is offered.
