Riders must be at least 13 years old and weigh no more than 260 lbs. Arrive 30 minutes early and wear closed-toed shoes; helmets are required for riders 17 and under.
Cancellations or reschedules incur a $10 fee per ride. No refunds or changes are allowed within 72 hours of the scheduled ride time. If weather prevents the ride, you will receive a virtual gift card to reschedule at your convenience.

Our guide, Katie, was spectacular from start to finish—friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable and confident, regardless of experience level. She clearly cares deeply about both the riders and the horses, and it shows. The horses were calm, well-behaved, and a joy to ride. You can tell they are very well cared for. What really stood out to us is that all of the horses are rescues or surrenders. That was a huge reason we chose Cactus Jack’s, and it made the experience even more meaningful knowing we were supporting such a compassionate operation. The trail itself was beautiful, relaxing, and a lot of fun—we were smiling the entire time. We would absolutely recommend Cactus Jack’s Trail Rides to anyone visiting Ocala, and we will 100% be back the next time we’re in the area!
