- Arrival & check-in: meet at the ranch, check in, and complete digital waivers.
- Meet the horses: riders are introduced to their matched horse and can interact.
- Safety briefing: guides review trail etiquette and riding basics.
- Mounting & prep: riders mount from the block with guide assistance.
- Guided trail ride: enjoy a scenic ride through the Cross Florida Greenway.
- Group photos: return for complimentary photos with your horses.
- Dismount & cool-down: dismount with help and walk horses back to the stables.

- Closed-toe shoes or boots required; no sandals or flip-flops

- Requires mounting from a block with light assistance and following guide instructions
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for severe mobility limitations or conditions affecting balance or posture
- No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your ride for a refund less a $10 processing fee per ride. Cancellations and reschedules incur a $10 charge per ride. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules within 72 hours. Inclement weather rides are rescheduled.

FAQs
You must be 13 or older and weigh between 80 and 260 lbs. You’ll sign a digital waiver before you ride and follow your guide’s instructions throughout the tour. Riding isn’t recommended if you’re pregnant, and it isn’t suitable if you have severe mobility limitations or medical conditions that affect balance or posture. Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Wear boots or closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops). Long pants, sunglasses, and sunscreen are suggested. Helmets are provided, and riders 17 and under must wear a helmet.
