Important details
- Allow up to 1.5 hours of schedule flexibility for ranch operations
- A minimum of two riders is required; solo parties may be rescheduled
- Follow your instructor's directions throughout the ride
- Women weighing 185 lbs or more and men weighing 199 lbs or more may be unable to ride depending on horse availability and conditions
- Accurate weight is required; riders whose stated weight is more than 10 lbs below their arrival weight may be excluded from riding without a refund
- Bring long pants, cowboy boots, a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and water; gloves are optional
- Leave phones, water bottles, and loose personal items in your car during the ride
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 14+ days in advance have a 10% fee; 10–13 days have a 25% fee; 5–9 days have a 50% fee. For cancellations less than 5 days before, a 25% reimbursement may be requested. No-shows are charged in full. Rescheduling has a 25% rebooking fee.

Rider weight is assessed upon arrival with boots and clothes on. If your stated weight is more than 10 lbs below your arrival weight, you may be excluded from riding without a refund.
Boots, coats, gloves, and other gear are available to borrow.
