- Arrive at least 30 minutes early; arrive 1 hour early if you still need the required boater safety test
- Bring the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID; travelers 16+ need government-issued ID with a birthdate
- Ages 6+ only; drivers must be 16+
- Minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian
- Maximum combined weight is 530 lb per jet ski, including riders and gear; up to 3 people may ride per ski
- Complete both required waivers and the pre-ride safety orientation before riding
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must show proof of passing the Florida boater safety test
- The required Florida boater safety test has a $9.99 fee not included in the listed price
- Drivers must speak and understand English; swimming skills and vigorous activity are required
- Do not drink alcohol before the tour
- Expect route changes, delays, or postponement when weather or water conditions are unsafe
- You are liable for equipment damage or loss, with charges up to $10,000 plus up to $200 per day while a jet ski is unrentable
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure and reservations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. If the operator cancels and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

If you were born after Jan 1, 1988, you must complete a Temporary Boater Safety Course and bring proof. The course fee is $9.99.
Arrive at least 25 minutes early. If you still need to complete the boater safety course, arrive at least 1 hour early.
You must be 6+ to ride with an adult and 16+ to drive alone. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the tour.
