- Swimming skills, vigorous activity, and English proficiency are required; drivers must speak and understand English
- All minors must ride with their actual parent or legal guardian
- Complete both required waivers before the tour and attend the required safety orientation at check-in
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must pass a Florida boater safety test and show proof; the $9.99 test fee is not included in the listed price
- Bring the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID; travelers ages 16+ need a government-issued photo ID with birthdate
- No alcohol before the tour
- Routes may be modified, delayed, or canceled for unsafe weather, water, mechanical, or safety conditions

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and reservations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. If the operator cancels and rescheduling is not possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
