Children under 8 are not permitted. Ages 8–11 must ride tandem with an adult; single craft not allowed. Ages 12+ may use a single kayak or paddleboard but must have prior paddling experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a rain check (store credit). No refunds. Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or lake conditions; if the tour is canceled, a rain check (store credit) is provided.
FAQs
Arrive by 8:00 AM for an 8:30 AM launch. If you arrive after 8:20 AM, you may not be able to participate. The group tour can’t delay launch for late arrivals, and no refunds or rain checks are issued for missed tours or late arrivals.
Children under 8 can’t participate. Ages 8–11 must ride in a tandem kayak or paddleboard with an adult (no single craft for this age group). Ages 12+ may use a single kayak or paddleboard but must have prior paddling experience. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
