Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes early; tours start on time
- Complete a waiver before arrival
- Ages 4+ only
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Solo sit-on-top kayaks have a 300-pound weight limit
- Tandem kayaks have a 425-pound combined weight limit and a 250-pound per-person limit
- Remove shoes before entering the kayak
- Bring only towels, a phone or camera, and plastic bottled water on the kayak
- Leave metal objects, metal water bottles, backpacks, bags, sunscreen and insect repellent off the kayak
- A charge applies to the card on file for equipment returned damaged or not returned
