Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reserved time
- Ages 10+ only
- Bring an original photo ID if you are a renter age 18+; copies are not accepted
- Travel with a parent or legal guardian in your party if you are a minor
- Use a tandem kayak with an adult for ages 10–13; single kayaks are for ages 14+ with adult supervision
- Expect wet feet during the beach launch and wear suitable footwear
- Leave pets out of vessels
- Stay in the St. Johns River and avoid closed areas of the spring run and spring head
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund. Tours depart rain or shine. If lightning is reported within 5 miles of the launch area, the guide may postpone or cancel the trip. Full refund if the operator cancels for any reason, including weather.
