Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Ages 6+ only; ages 6–12 must be accompanied by an adult who participates
- Maximum weight is 250 lbs per person and 500 lbs combined for two people
- Adults must sign a release of liability form
- Intoxication from drugs or alcohol prevents participation
- Health or physical-condition concerns require advance notice
- Participation is subject to sea and weather conditions, with final decisions made by the captain or management
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start, no later than 9:00 AM the day before. Later cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, choose the next available date or a full refund.
