Itinerary

Today is all about hiking Zion’s famous canyon, carved out over millions of years by the Virgin River. Spend the morning hiking up stream via the Narrows Bottom Up hike and the afternoon hiking on trail to some of the most iconic Zion highlights: Emerald Pools, Scouts Overlook, Grotto, Court of the Patriarchs, the Watchman and more! Your guide will spend the day teaching you about the geology of the area and its storied human history.

Important details

• Ages 8+ only
• Bring a valid photo ID if you are age 16 or older; it is required for national park entry
• Requires up to 7 hours of brisk hiking and up to 9 miles over moderate inclines, uneven surfaces and obstacles
• Bring a packed lunch; lunch is not included
• Narrows gear rental is not included and costs USD 60 per person
• Wading pants are required from October through June
