Cancellation Policy
Cancel by 6:00pm the day before your tour to avoid penalties. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, on-site cancellations, or not completing the tour are charged in full. Basic swimming ability is required; if this prevents completion, you will be charged in full. Severe ocean or weather cancellations are not penalized.
