Explore a freshwater spring with the park’s exclusive authorized dive tour provider
Dive guide, staging area, briefing
Join other certified divers for a guided, shore-based drift dive through Blue Spring’s natural run. Your guide leads the group and helps with site orientation, while you manage your own dive plan—this is a shared dive for self-sufficient divers, not an instructional session.
Your adventure begins with a scenic walk down the park’s beautiful boardwalk, where you’ll be guided to our private diver staging area equipped with benches and plenty of space to gear up. Just steps from the spring’s edge, this area offers an a staging area for our guests to gear up.
Once in the water, you’ll follow our experienced dive leader downstream on a relaxed shore-based drift dive. Blue Spring’s consistent 72°F / 22°C temperatures and excellent visibility make it a diver’s paradise year-round. Along the way, keep an eye out for native freshwater species such as:
Catfish, Bass, Brim, and Longnose Gar, Turtles and Florida Manatees (wildlife sightings not guaranteed)
