• Ages 12+ only
• Maximum rider weight: 120 kg
• Requires stepping on and off the Segway unassisted, similar to climbing stairs without a handrail
• Segway riding is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with certain mobility issues or medical conditions
• A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for anyone under 18
• Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals, flip-flops and high heels are not permitted. Wear the provided helmet throughout the tour
• Do not drink alcohol before or during the tour. Suspected alcohol use or apparent intoxication may result in refusal to participate without a refund
• Follow road signs and watch for other riders, pedestrians, bicycles and cars
• Arrive 15 minutes before departure. For morning, afternoon and night departures, late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded
