- Bring skin protection, a towel, dry clothes, water, and sunscreen
- Wear contacts or bring a prescription mask if you normally wear glasses
- Store valuables in your car, as personal items remain on the beach while you snorkel
- Expect tours to run in rain; dangerous conditions may delay or cancel water activities
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies; no-shows are charged in full. Private tours require 7 days' notice; later cancellations are nonrefundable, and rescheduling within 7 days may incur 25%. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Trips run in rain but not dangerous conditions.

Use rideshare on weekends and for late-morning or afternoon tours in spring and summer, when parking is often unavailable. If driving during spring or summer, arrive at least 1 hour early to allow time for parking and walking.
